Disclaimer
subway-safer-apk.org is a fan-made website about Subway Surfers. This page explains what the site is, what it is not, and the terms that apply when you use it. Please read it before relying on anything published here. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the site.
An Unofficial Fan Site
This site is not the official Subway Surfers website. It is run by fans for fans, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SYBO or Kiloo. The guides, tips, and news published here come from our own research and from playing the game, and they are shared for information and entertainment.
Trademarks and Copyright
Subway Surfers, the game name, logos, characters, artwork, and music are trademarks or copyrighted works of SYBO and its partners. We do not claim ownership of any of them. Screenshots and artwork appear on this site only to illustrate our guides and articles.
Accuracy of Information
Game updates can change features, events, and availability without notice, so some details on this site may be out of date by the time you read them. We work to keep our pages current, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or correct at all times. For anything that matters to you, check the official game and the official app stores for the final word.
Downloads and APK Files
This site does not host APK or IPA files, and we do not provide modified versions of the game. Our download guides point readers to the official listings on Google Play and the App Store, because those are the safest places to get the game. If you choose to install files from any third-party source, you do so at your own risk. Modified apps can carry security risks, can break your saved progress, and can lead to penalties on your game account.
External Links
Some pages link to other websites, including official stores, video platforms, and community resources. We do not control those sites, and their content and policies can change without our knowledge. A link on this site does not mean we endorse everything found on the site it leads to.
Limitation of Liability
You use this site at your own discretion. We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or device problems that follow from using our guides or from visiting sites we link to. Nothing on this site is professional, legal, or financial advice.
Changes to This Disclaimer
We may update this page when the site changes. The version posted here is the one that applies, so it is worth checking back from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
